Yup, yup, yup!!! To all of the above... frustrated as all heck when I told them a month ago to stop calling. The man apologized the first time when I said I was on the DNCL. They apparently have a short memory.

One lady reported on another site that when asked if she was the owner of the residence, and she replied 'no,' the person called her a liar and then hung up. I also reported the number. Rude, inconsiderate and not abiding by the law... gets you fines that you deserve.

I've been receiving calls from (416) 277-1688 for the past few days multiple times a day and no one says anything.  Same thing when I call back I also get the voicemail is full message.  Bell Canada says I have to pay monthly to get the "call block" feature.  Now how is that fair.  Going to the dollar store to get a whistle today. Thanks for the awesome idea.  If anything we can make the guy deaf:)

This number calls at least three times a week, I answer, they hang up.  We are on the DNCL, this is crazy.
