Called repeatedly to try and sell duct cleaning.  We decided to make an appointment but canceled afterwards when unable to find a phone number or anyway to confirm the validity of the service.  They then repeatedly called our house and then threatened to come to the house.  Asked to speak to a supervisor but was hung up on at that point.

Got a phone call last night trying to solict duct cleaning services. tried to politely decline and get my # of their list, since we have already register with the do not call listing. was then verbally insulting and threatened that that indivual knows where i live. which of cousre sent my blood to a boiling point. i did call back spoke to a manager who told me that the agent (who obviolusly does not like or need a job) would be fired. i am currently awaiting a call from the director to see what resolution can be had. Needless to say this jerk ruined my families Saturday evening.
