we have 7 calls from these number in the last 2 days (416) 256-5040They don't leave a message. Who are these people that call but don't want to talk??

Its a collection agency

I phoned the "general information" number of CIBC last night, and again the girlie was shrugging her shoulders and claiming to know nothing about that number and even said her "manager" (probably no one, just put me on pause for a few minutes) couldn't offer any assistance and couldn't get anyone on the line at that number. BALONEY! I managed to call (416) 256-5040 on my cell phone this time and (surprise) someone answered from CIBC and was unapologetic about bombarding me with three calls that day, and twice every other day this week. I said, Knock it off!, and this low level functionary said me the harrassment can only be stopped in writing. I guess this campaign of terror is designed to get me to pay faster, regardless that I actually have any spare money to pay them.
