i just got a call from that number but nobody say anything

The same number called me ( (416) 244-7964) When I answered she said my first and last name and when I asked can you repeat what your saying. An she replied you dont understand. I replied yes. And then she hung up on me. When I called them no one picked up. It ran endlessly. Pretty scary. Anne

some one call from this number (416) 244-7964, she ask me do I speak english? then she hung up me, I try call back, but no body pick up the phone.

They call me almost every month.  I believe it's the Ont. Federation for Cerebral Palsy looking for donations or used items, from what I can remember.
