This is actually fairly funny to read. I have been ordering with Comda for 16 years now and have never had an issue. Yes they do call quite a bit but its for different offers such as free shipping or they're calendar clearance. I have never had a problem with printing, delivery timing, or the same calendar being repeated. I think for the gentleman with all those issues probably created them himself by lack of communication or sheer negligence. They send put proofs to double check your advertising messages which has saved me a few times, and when I wanted to know where they were par delivery they gave me the tracking numbers to fedex. I've never had a problem if that helps anyone who is interested.

called and asked for "Al" (he is the owner) the woman sounded nasty in a way, like a dissatisfied client or bill collecter. When I said he was not in, could I take a message she said she would call back.

They sent my store a free sample calendar, then when I was out for the day (I am the manager) my employee says they called asking for me, when she told them I was not in that day they were very rude and the guy said "just never mind!" and hung up on her. Very nasty rude people from what I can tell, I wouldn't give them any business.

Ordered a bunch of calendars from Comda last fall. They were fine to work with & very reasonable pricing.  A handful of the calendars had smudging from the wet ink, but they fixed the situation quickly & easily.  I never felt "bullied" into buying anything and had an assigned salesperson who was great to work with.  She'd call me periodically to offer a discount if we placed our order early or maybe once or twice for items we might be interested in, but that's about it. Nothing to complain about whatsoever.
