Received a call from this # this morning. No Caller Id was on the display only the number. When I answered the women on the line asked if she was talking to "and she referenced the name on a bank account". I asked who she was and why she was calling she said she was doing a survey for the RBC. Told her never to call again and hung up. Contacted RBC to report and they indicated that there should be no survey calls on their behalf unless its to follow-up on something related to the account. Just a heads up this is probably a scam how they got the account name (it's very unique) is beyond me.

I too received a call from this number (416) 233-0047. The person was just breathing through the phone which sounded very scary and I said “hello!” two times and I hang up. I went online to reverse the number to see who it is; I see that a lot of other people also have received strange phone call from this number.

The best thing to do is to call the police and report his/her sorry ass. Which I did, I wrote an email and report it through phone. If everyone here to do what I did, I am sure he will put back in jail where he belongs.

I'd researched this number online to see if was a telemarketing call....Glad I did!They keep calling my cell phone. And they never leave a message when I don't answer.

Tired of this number calling me....do the RCMP have a fraud line that someone can report this to?

They called. left no messageSomeone stated they are a market research company paid by the RBCbut I dont think so.......So I blocked them from my cell phoneidiots!

Market probe or whoever these people are phone me every night.  These people need to be taken to task, I mean seriously.  Something serious needs to happen to these people.  I wounder if they would like to be  harassed at their home every night.Signed...Really anoyed.

just answered the call from this number - a man asked for my daughter and when I indicated that she was not home and could I take a message, he answered " that will not be necessary".  Totally creeped me out - glad to see this is not a one-off.

This number has been calling the house now for the past week at around 8pm. They never leave a message, but today they decided to start to leave a message when someone in the back ground made them discontinue the call.... hummmm!
