Received a call from this # this morning. No Caller Id was on the display only the number. When I answered the women on the line asked if she was talking to "and she referenced the name on a bank account". I asked who she was and why she was calling she said she was doing a survey for the RBC. Told her never to call again and hung up. Contacted RBC to report and they indicated that there should be no survey calls on their behalf unless its to follow-up on something related to the account. Just a heads up this is probably a scam how they got the account name (it's very unique) is beyond me.

I too received a call from this number (416) 233-0047. The person was just breathing through the phone which sounded very scary and I said “hello!” two times and I hang up. I went online to reverse the number to see who it is; I see that a lot of other people also have received strange phone call from this number.

The best thing to do is to call the police and report his/her sorry ass. Which I did, I wrote an email and report it through phone. If everyone here to do what I did, I am sure he will put back in jail where he belongs.

I'd researched this number online to see if was a telemarketing call....Glad I did!They keep calling my cell phone. And they never leave a message when I don't answer.

me to I open an RBC account and suddenly I am receiving this call, I didn't answer and they don't leave a message. I'm not impress with this harasement. RBC should be asham and if they continue to sell our phone number, one day it will be the beginning of the downfall for RBC because people will be switching there account to other place.

This number keeps calling and no one speaks they just hang up. If there is a way to remove me from the calling list I would like that to happen immediately. I've heard it may have something to do with RBC and if it is they should be fined for phne harrassment.

She started with this long speil about the company , I cut her off and said I didn't call to hear about your company I want to know where you got my number, she again started to rattle off about the company, I told her once again to take my number off her list and that I was reporting her and then I slammed the phone on her ear .

looks like this last reply may work for one of these outbound call centers, well lady, or man, get a f *en life, we very busy people have more to do with our time than sit around doing some survey that will take an hour to complete, listening to some stupied [***] on the phone ramble on.  Loss our numbers, get a real job, and get a life, stop bothering us people.so you think you are the only people who put theirself through school, i did all by myself, and while i was doing it i didn't have to bother anyone.Don't you people just get the f*** hint.GO AWAY!
