Some idiot called and pretended to try and tell us that a family had died in a car accident, multiple times / days. Who is monitoring the use of your phone?

I keep slamming the phone down on these jerks but they persist in calling. Today I answered, (forgot to look at phone screen first), said hello twice and then slammed the phone down, loud enough I hope, to annoy as much as I was annoyed.When asked, they say yes they've heard of the National Do Not Call Line. So, why are they still calling me? Even when I hang up on them?

call here regularly so i asked if he had a good family and morals!I think it's a scam and not a real company so i asked if he would like to meet personally and he knew what street i lived on.Told him i would like to stick a phone up his air duct and he said he would come on sunday jan. 6...looking forward to it!  lol at least i pissed him off!!!

We get calls EVERY DAY for air duct cleaning, and not just from this number. I have started keeping track the last 4 months and it's now about 63 times in 4 months...RIDICULOUS! I belong to the "no call list" yet they keep calling. I told them I'm in an apartment and to take my name off the list, but no, they keep calling. I've been nice, I've sworn at them, I've tried it all. It's harrassment. How can we make it stop?????
