repeadetly calling and when i called back it said the number is not in service, what the hell !!!!

Received a call from (416) 224-8936 but missed. When I called back, it said this number is unassigned and not available.

Lots of hang ups, but when a live voice responded, an agent 'on behalf of CIBC' tried to pitch a service...

Asked to be removed from list...
Number is shown as a Bell land line, but it 'out of service' when called back.

Unknown number. does not go thru when called.
