They are a third party called VOXDATA. ?They call for Bell or Telus or whoever wants them to call.  They do not bother with the DNC list.  Go to the DNC registry and log a complaint.  They called almost every day.

Received a call from (416) 224-8936 but missed. When I called back, it said this number is unassigned and not available.

Has been calling 3-4x/day for 1 month! Finally answered and they said they were from CIBC. I couldn't really understand her. I didn't bother to listen to what she had to say, just told to stop calling.
