Whisper so they can't hear you which makes them turn up their headset volume, then find the most gut wrenching sound from any playback system.  Best to use an old mono radio,  or old computer speakers with a ragin heavy metal track and turn it up max.  Just a nice way to play a mean battle at their own game.

Stop calling, If I need work done I'll call myself.

These morons call me everyday, and everyday I say" eat s**t!".  Finally, they called and I had enough.  I said " Sure, I'll book an appt, does that mean then you will stop calling me?"  The indian guy says" Oh yes sir, absolutely!'I say" How will you do this if it's a computer automated calling machine?"  He says " All I have to do is click option D and that will stop calling you"Can you believe this sh--?  Everyday they call, and everyday I say "no and stop calling me!"  They didn't stop calling until i booked an appt and when they came to my door in their heap of sh-- truck i told them to F--- off and stop bothering me.    Crooked little as$holes leave me alone now.

Got a call from this number tonight. Did not pick up. I let it go to the answering machine. I don't think it is automated, as the person did not hang up quickly enough before the machine started recording. I heard air, then a click (when the person obviously hung up). Did anyone from outside the 416 area code get a call from this number?

Ok Alex... won't work since all these calls are phantom display numbers. This means they are not real phone numbers. They can put the call display number to anything thing they want. Reporting to the CRTC is pretty much a dead end unless you know for sure who the company name is, and their number is.I caught one such company once by actually agreeing to getting my ducts cleaned, and waiting until they showed up to my house. I took the license plate down and told them I didn't order any service what so ever. Then I reported the license to the CRTC... Again that lead to nothing. The CRTC won't even investigate something that was a sure thing.What I keep doing now is agreeing to their service, but they got clever and asked for payment up front now. I just keep telling them I don't give my credit card over the phone. Eventually one will agree to come out and so call clean before they get paid, and the next time I'll report to the police.

Just report them to CRTC. Google them and lodge your complaint.
