got a missed call from this # and I tried to call back but says this # has been disconnected or no longer in use

This number threatened my sister I would like to know who it is for I can press charges

Just called me in Calgary, said he was from the "windows division" bla bla bla.

Just called me in Calgary, said he was from the "windows division" bla bla bla, ask how I was, I told he he didn't care and told him this was just a lame scam and hung up. If I'd had more time I could have done better,
