I have received three calls from this number and when I ask who is calling they will not identify themselves, leave a message or state the reason for the call.  Asked for h by name.  First was a man's voice, second and third a woman's voice with quite a bit of noise in the background.  It seems all very secretive.  If this is a political party would they not give some campaign speech?

Same time frame no message. Called back with no avail.

Received a call from this number about 3 pm (MST). Did not answer it as we didn't recognize the #. No message was left.  Unless they leave a msg, I am not interested.

Just got a call from this number, I answered it and a girl laughed, a recording said hello and then  they hung up on me.

Called tonight, asked for both me and gf by name then hung up...

Called me today at 1654 Mountain Time and left no message.  Did not recognize the phone number.
