I have repeatedly asked the Herald to remove me from their calling list. Every time I ask, I stop getting calls from them for a few weeks, then I don't know what happens, shift change or something, but the calls start again. As they have failed to comply I will be filing a complaint with both the BBB and the national DNC list.

For the record, I will never /ever/ support your dying medium. It is not my fault print media is dying and your aggressive sales tactics are only killing it faster.

they called, breathed heavily then hung up. I didn't bother calling back. when i googled the number says it was from downtown at the hearing impaired college or something. whatever...

Picked up by accident for I thought it was a friend calling.  No one answered, no recorded voice message, just a hang up????

My appologies to anyone that has called the Do Not Call line and found it to be full. Unlike many telemarketing companies I stand my my polocies and follow through with all Do Not Call requests, this sometimes causes the mailbox to fill up fast. I have added additional staff to ensure the line is either answered live or has room to leave your number.

Leaving your number will ensure the calls stop.
