two calls during the day only without message

who is this?

Caller says she is calling from Ontario and asks for donations for the Alberta PC's.  How come the area code  is 403 if they're calling from Ontario?  She says is I donate $200. I will get a tax rebate of $150 and it will only cost me $50.  That's not true.  Told her I would like to donate in person to MLA in our district and that got her upset.  She called for the supervisor(?) but I hung up.

even called ID showed as (403) 612-0217
