On call display but they didn't leave a message

Just got a call from that number, no-one there. Annoying.

Just called twice as well, no one answers, no messages, and they keep calling!

2 short calls - one ring each, at 6:40 PM MST.  I am on the no-call list for Canada and this is a cell phone they are calling  - most annoying.

A so called reputable polling firm, asked 2 questions, what party would I vote for in the coming AB election, then asked what candidate I would vote for.  Surprised him, knew the name of our WRA candidate.
