Keeps calling every hour

This number keeps calling 4-5 times a day, every day, and when answered nobody responds getting tired of it!

5 calls in last 48 hours - never a response when I answer (morons)

3 calls today, never over 1 ring. Wow.

had many calls from this number. It rings then when I answer it hangs up.

The irony is, when we need a giant building in Colorado that has all our emails and phone records to actually do something 'useful' for the citizens, like send a SWAT team to capture anyone responsible for these, strip them naked, tie them behind a '76 Plymouth with about 20 ft of chain, dipped in salt and lemon juice, and drug around a parking lot full of glass, where is our surveillance program then?  Ah yes, that's just for 'Corporation' type people.  Whitford Von McWhitington of the Connecticut Von McWhitingtons.  What could I have possibly be thinking.
