Well, I wish I had seen this post before, it all happened so fast that I was scared of a scam. The same story told by everyone, the guy came to my place and did the demonstration, it is long boring and yes they dump lots of dust on your carpet, it was annoying. The vacuum cleaner surprised me and I actually bought it, it is working really good and actually a lot better than my older one. The whole sale idea is not good, the guy that came not that bad. I do not work for the company, the company does not have the best marketing strategy but the products are really good, they are authentic.
To ease myself I will try to continue thinking I actually paid lots of money for a product that is going to do good for my health and my daughter's health, just one year and always on the carpet.
 Good luck!
Oh, I made the mistake and I took the two nights, tomorrow I am phoning the company and telling them that they better do not give me another sale conference. I am planning to go really soon.

Good point Victor! I don't agree with these marketing practices either. I do have to acknowledge that their products are awsome! My mother remembers Filterqueen from many years ago. I guess their reputation speaks for itself. I too bought these machines and I am happy I did. They have made a big difference in our home. My son has asthma and he notices the difference, so I guess that justifies the high price I paid for the vacuum and air purifier. My mother mentioned she paid a high price for her Filterqueen many, many years ago as well, but she still uses it today and will never use another brand again. I used to use that machine when I lived at home and was summoned to clean every week. My mother said they sold them door to door in the past. I guess they now sell them through these annoying marketing practices. Times change and I guess now a days, people don't let door to door salesmen in their house, so these companies have to find creative methods of getting to show their products to people. The strange thing is, that even though we hate these marketing practices, we still find their products amazing and buy them. Are we fools or are we just willing to spend a lot more to clean our homes and have a healthier home? I think the few of us who did purchase, purchased because of the latter. We were impressed enough to make our own logical decisions. The reason I found this blog in the first place was because our neighbor told us they were upset with this company and their methods of marketing. When I saw this blog, I thought it was responsible of me to give an objective opinion.

Caller from this number claims to represent Ecua-Air Health. I Googled this "company", but no website, no info whatsoever. What did come up was a customer-discussion between people who had dealt with this "company". The word "scam" was mentioned.
I live with an elderly person who got a call from this "company". This person allowed a representative into my house, complete with large and small boxes with all sorts of so-called air-health equipment. I don't trust what's going on. The sales person was very aggressive and pushy: high sales-pressure tactics (like promising gifts).  I finally intervened and told the man to leave.

Someone came to our door doing a quick survey around air quality in Calgary.  Then they took my name and number saying they were entering my name into a draw for a $500 mall certificate.  Get a call about 2 weeks later saying I've won one of three prizes.  None of which are the certificate.  It's either a rice cooker, a 2 night stay somewhere, or some other garbage. She asks me what my spouse and I do what both of our phone numbers are and when they can drop by to give us our prize.  No one shows up.  I call the next day they apologize and reschedule for another time and explain that they will drop off a prize AND do a demo and ask us our thoughts on their product.  Did I mention they phone 1900 times?  And they don't leave msgs , they just keep phoning.  Isn't that nice?  At one point I asked "where's the fire?".  Long story short, don't waste your time.  This is poorly organized selling tactic that makes me wish I didn't answer my door that day.  They will drive you nuts.
