I get a call from this number every day at about 330 pm. When I answer, there is no response to my hellos. I've even called the number and either there is no ring or 'the number is not available' or 'the number dialed is incorrect. Please dial again'. At least I now now who the caller is. I've got call blocking now so the 800 calls, etc., are gradually being reduced.
