City of calgary called & did not leave a message. Do not want these calls

This number is actually the city of Calgary Law Department Library.  I work with them on a very regualar basis and this is a legimate number

They called my cell, no message left. If they need something why they don't leave a message?

This is a general city line.

I work for Calgary Transit, and this number showed up as number calling from the dispatch office.  If you call the number back it directs you to the city of Calgary info blurb.

it could be anyone from the city of calgary, from calgary transit to police to the mayors office, taxes etc...

Called multiple times - no message. I finally answered it and after a long silence they asked for someone that doesn't live here - I told them they had the incorrect # - and they were polite and apologized for calling. Hopefully they won't call again.
