They keep calling my house between 5 and 8. Starting to piss me off

Just got a call from them this afternoon around 1:52pm.  Went through to vmail but they left no message.  I called back and it rang many times with no answer.  Suspect duct cleaning telemarketer as my wife picked up a call from some company like that last night but i was not available so they said they would call back that evening.  Never did.  This may be them trying.  Incoming calls close together from (403) 266-1107 and (403) 266-1131.  I called both of them back - same thing - no human being there.  So telemarketer of some sort. Funny thing is that www.phonepages.ca says it belongs to Christopher Penney MD on Elbow Drive.

When I answered the call there was no sound, just quiet.

This guy just listens over the phone, dont think he speaks english? Can anyone do anything about this creepy scumbag?

Range once and left no message...

I am so tired of this number calling me every night between 6 and 10.Nobody speaks, when I call back, there is no answer.
