I received a phone call at work from this number today (Friday, 18 November 2011) at 9:50 AM saying my alarm had gone off. She said the fire trucks were on their way to my home. I asked what I should do and she said it was up to me. I left work and went home to find nothing amiss. I contacted my security company and they said there was no alarm that had gone off at my residence.

Second day in a row for them to phone me. First left a message that an alarm went off. Didn't get anything this time. Even left a message with somebodies name. Of course it was different than mine. Total idiots. Might phone back and give them a piece of my mind.
