This number appears when somebody is calling from Skype

answered when this number rang my business line.  it originated locally, but it was an automated voice recording saying "an inmate from yellowstone correctional facility is attempting to make a collect call to this number.  this is a service provided by global telecom."Then I hung up.

This number is ringing our UK cell phone from Canada, but when we ring back on a Canadian land lineit says number not available.  Have found out that is some scam re renting apartments.  Beware.

I keep getting calls from this number, how can I block them?
