I wanted to speak to someone to get a name of the company and as I just let the recorded message play over and over, it cut out at about 8 mins.  I wonder who to report this to?

Credit card scammers who are using VOIP to hide their true location. They change the numbers frequently to make it impossible to block thier calls.

yet another recorded call on the "reduce your credit card debt" scam....interesting that it is now showing on call display as a 403 area code....

If you call back, the recording says the number is not in service and Shaw says they can't do anything about it - bogus.  I think Shaw is in on it too.

I guess once I've blocked every phone number combination that exists, it will be time to get rid of my home phone...

Sneaky b******s are hiding behind 403 #s now. Whatever happened to the no call list?
