A Trap: Breath E-Z homes LTD.

Breath E-Z homes is one of the stupid company in the Calgary. They usually call in different homes for several times until they can talk to the owner of the house. Usually, they do a survey about indoor air quality and tell the people that you win the survey and somebody will go your home to drop off a prize and show you something.

Then, when the sales representative comes to your homes, they normally show a vacuum and a air purifier from the brand company of “Health More”. However, the prices are very expensive. For the Vacuum, the price they ask for around $2500 and a air purifier $1300 and overall a vacuum and a purifier $3000!!!!!!!!! That’s crazy. (The normal price in the US market or in Health More is $800 for the Vacuum (Majestic) and $450 for the air purifier). Then, If anybody does not like the price $3000, they always force the customers to buy with less money like $1600 for the majestic and $900 for the Purifier, still it’s too much!!!! Then, still if the customers do not like the price, they offer another thing, which is EQUITY program, a most fraud contract. Be aware please!!!!!!!

In the EQUITY program, first, you will sign a contract with a credit company, and the credit company will pay the price for a vacuum and a purifier ($3000) to the breath E- Z homes, so the Breath E-Z homes will deliver you a Majestic and a Purifier in your home (but after 10 days you cannot refund your product!!). When B-E-Z homes will deliver the product, they will tell you that if you can show the vacuum demonstration in 30 houses, and after finish 30 presentation if you can sell one majestic and one purifier to any customer, we will give you the money ($3000) to pay off your original majestic and purifier to your credit company. They also promise that you are not required to make any sell in your 30 presentations, but you have to make at least one sell after finish 30 demos. For a usual person, it is very hard to sell like $3000 vacuum to a customer. In addition, they always say that after 30 presentations, they will give some experts to sell for you, but they never give any expert sales representative to help you to make one vacuum and purifier sell. Also, during the 30 presentation, their behaviour is so rude that they will force you to sell vacuum or purifier although they say at the beginning of the contract that you are not required to make any sell during your first 30 presentations. Moreover, if you cannot sell any vacuum or purifier in the 30 demos, they always say that it is your fault, you are not confident, you cannot convince people, why your customer say the price is too high, you are not qualified for the business,  take more training in the office to learn how to make people fool easily!!!!! stupid thing.

Their philosophy is that after passing the 10 days when you cannot return your vacuum or purifier, they always force you to quite the program because they know that if you quit the program without having finishing you 30 demos, they do not have to give you any money ($3000), which you will give the credit company to pay off you vacuum and purifier. Therefore, their target to force you, embarrass you in front of customer by phone and make you break the contract, and when you break the contract you have to pay the whole amount $3000 (a vacuum and a purifier) from your own pocket to the credit company, and if you do not pay the credit company, it will be bad on your credit history. The breath E-Z homes also change their word what they have said. Most of the customers complain that they never say that after 30 demos you have to make a sell to get the money. However, after 10 days when people cannot return the product, the company say Oh! That’s your mistake you did not understand the program, so whether you continue the program or not it’s you choice. If you do not continue, your 10 days is over, so you have to pay from your pocket to the credit company.

The company may later comment that I am not successful on the Program, so I wrote this bad comment. Although I have successfully completed the equity program, I had to hear tons of tons b***s*** from them to make a sell, so the fact what I have mentioned all are true as I was an employee on the company. Therefore, I do not recommend anybody to go to the TRAP business! Because I do not have any money and I do not want my credit score to be bad, I heard lots of stupid thing to finish my program and get the money $3000. However, I am just writing this to help some innocent people not to get trapped with the Breath E-Z homes. Their product is quite a bit good only the vacuum not the purifier, (because purifier is an another trap: you have to buy $120 filter every year from them to keep the warranty for the purifier), so if you have money, give them an offer like $800 for the vacuum; otherwise, you can find almost similar product from Dyson in different stores, or you can order the vacuum from USA. B-E-Z homes also say that their product has life time warranty, and we will give you all papers, but I am not sure about that because they always change their word what they are saying.
