This company is scam, they use puplic file from a company that is no longer in business and try to collect money. The money is to be sent to a P.O. box in Florida by money gram to a untracable account. Hundreds of people havae fallen for there scam due to the scare tactics they use. Please report any phone calls to the proper authorities.

No lie...20 calls in 10 minutes. I beat them at their idiotic game by either not answering or blasting my Gospel music in their ears..thats all I have for them.  I hear they are collectors who purchased information from past due debt that is uncollectable at this point.

I am also receiving calls from this number.  These individuals call from all different numbers claiming that they are callin for the law office of jeff morgan & associates.  this is a scam.  they claim that you took out a payday loan from cashnetusa. who when you call them have no ideal what you are talking about.  Also when i called the gentleman told me they are aware these indivudals and have investigators on it.  Another thing call the main office of so called morgan & associates that florida has as corporate number in okalohoma city and says they do not know these individuals.  they took are working to find out who these individuals are.  they call threatening to send police and sheriff officers to your home.  speaking with other payday loan companies they do not do business this way.  If you owe them money they call themselves and they have their own debt collection department.  this individuals should be stopped immediately.  do not send them any thing.  Also, to the gentleman who claims to work for them you are full of bull about you are working with the fdca.  Watch Dateline NBC friday and they will show you how they are bringing it to america's attention.

Yep they have been calling me also.  What happened was I did get a internet payday loan back in 05 as well and did not pay them.  Not intentionally but alot was going on.  I moved and I recieved a letter from the payday loan co. collection agency and kept it.  Well about a year ago I started getting calls from Anthony Jones, Andre, Steven Jones, Justin (all with heavy Indian accesnt and only one that sounded different).  I knew something was up but thought it was legitimate because I did owe a company.  They requested that I send a letter stating it was not my intent to commit check fraud.  So I did.  I faxed it and requested that they send correspondence to my new address.  I never recieved a letter and I did not get a call again until April this year. It was a bad connection and the call was disconnected.  I tried to call back the 343# but it would not go through.  Since I knew what the call was about I searched for the last letter I recieved called them and took care of the debt.  I recieved another call from "Anthony Jones" missed it and he left a message with a 954-374-7556#.  I called back could not get Anthony but got James who sounds just like Anthony and informed him that I paid the debt already.  He was upset with that and told me I was not supposed to have paid the other company.  He was supposed to have looked into it and called me back but never did.  I received a call today 5/21/09 from Anthony Jones again and he gave me to some Roger Harris guy and I explained to Roger that the debt was paid and he was highly upset.  He even called the company I paid the debt to and argued with them that they should not have taken any monies from me.  Anyway they are supposed to call me back.  I called the Payday loan place who I owed originally and found out that they are FRAUDULENT they are calling from India with numbers routed thru the US.  I have reported them and gave the information to the appropriate officials.  IF & WHEN they call I am gonna let them know I am on to them.  Thank GOD I did not fall into this scam and give them my information who knows what would have happened.  I thought they were legitimate because I knew I did owe the debt.  But they never sent me any letters.  If they sent it to my old address it would have been forwarded to me.  AND when I sent the letter requesting they send me correspondence they never didi.  I cannot wait until they are caught and no longer bother people again.

I have been sooooo obnoxious with these thugs that last night THEY actually told  me to stop calling them. I just kept calling back asking for an address, calling back asking for a fax number, calling back asking for an address again, so they are not going to give me ANY information if I call them again. (That's a good one, eh!!)  EVERYONE . . . PLEASE . . . call them back, get as many address as you can and then CALL THE LAWYER ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps calling for a former employee, saying they are a law firm out of Gainesville FL. Something strange is happening it needs to stop!
