Weird.  I just received this call ~10 minutes ago.  Didn't answer though.

This number called my cellular too. When I called back it sounded as if it was out of service.  Of course I hid my number..(hide ID)

Got a call from this number at 2:05 PDT.  Ugh.. went through this last year with a number from Winnipeg - finally got someone to not hang up on me and they added my number to a no-call list.here we go again...

I just got a call from this number.  Answered it and all I got was an automated message saying "Congratualtions! Your phone number has been selected and you've won a promotional prize.  Press 1 to recieve your prize now."  Needless to say, I hung up. I phoned the number back and got "phone number cannot be compleated as dialed.  So I suspect this to be a scam...be weary...nothing is ever that simple.
