automated message said we won 100,000 Air Miles points, press 1 to be connected.  Then live person came on line & says you need valid credit card. Tell him I am not giving him my credit card#, he tells me not to worry, and then call gets conencted to resort in Cancun, and she explains that she can only hold prices to end of call!!!   I tell her I am not ready to book any trips and suggested they stop bogus calls using Air Miles as a hook!  Call got disconnected!

Got a call from this number this evening; pressed 1 to accept and the phone rang about 6 times before connecting me to a hiss of static followed by a busy signal.  Wikipedia says area code 306 is Saskatchewan; 986 exchange is Saskatoon.

I have received phone from this number, I pressed one as instructed and spoke to someone who told me if I am 25 years and older, I told him, I am older, than he ask me if I have valid Credit Card, and I told him yes I do have, he said if he can have, I told him he can have if he goes the bank and applies one, he said no no no, I mean your credit card and I told him my credit card is mine, get one of yours, by the way I wasted his time and told ask him if he is sure he don't want screw me up, he hanged up the phone.Police wont do anything about this, unless there is violent involved the scam.Big NO No, to give anyone your information over the phone, if you made the call, you know who you are calling, but do not give someone who called you.Calgary
