Hung up after I answered

Lady called me trying to get me to move my phone service back to Qwest.  She claimed all other phone companies in my area are just Qwest resellers which is bull.

Finally after many calls from this number somebody finally said something...it was a marketing company working for AT&T trying to pull a DSL upgrade scam on me..they tell you they are upgrading your speed for free..then you get your next AT&T statement and you see your DSL cost has gone up
