Recording from "Card Services" offering to reduce interest rates to 6% if owe at least $3,000. Gives option to speak to a "freindly customer service representative" by pushing 1. I pushed 1 and a lady answered. I said "I would like this number permanently removed ... she hung up before I could finish.
