Got a call. And it needs to be looked at as scam , .,

I received a call from this number at 3:09 pm today. I answered said hello a number of times and nobody responded so I hung up the phone and went searching for the number online and found this page.  Hopefully someone can do something about this.

Picked up phone- listened- no answer so Hung up and put this on call block.  Probably telemarketer or snooper. I am on no-call list Canada and this call came from Brampton Ontario

no sound or anyone answer, might have had to say "hello" before the message started, annoying

Recorded message ... credit card debt (blah blah blah)

dring dring !!! HELLO ? .... no sound ... what the hell !
