My mom is currently talking to the same Crystal, operator #4089 and also offering the Disney  vacation promo and Bahamas trip as well. Is this real?

got this on my cell approx 10 min ago. i love call display did not answer but found out this..... A lady, Crystal - operator # 4089 from some Disney vacation called to say that I had won a grand prize from a contest that I apparently entered.  She said it was Orlando Florida, Bahamas, and Daytona.
