Some company keeps calling asking for me, when i reply yes this is her they hang up ??? WTF i have no depts or anything in collections what is going on ???

i paid my scotiabank visa.. but i didn't pay interest. now they are calling to pay me for what is owing which is the interest.. the principal has been paid off. can i ignore their call?
