It's ridiculous!

We get calls from 7:30am to 11:30pm. Usually no answer. One time asked for my fiance then hung up. We get 10-20 calls a day with no messages. I tried to call it back and the number does not exist. How do I stop this?

caller just calls and never says anything.  we say hello several times then we hear a hang up.  then 10 mins later they call again.  Today alone  they have called 10 times.  This has got to stop.  Next I will call the police and report it.
