This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account. If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Called about a prize won for $2500 for a Cancun vacation.    Caller was a recording.   States that your name and/or number was submitted to one of our websites (but doesn't say which one).  Also states "Press 1 now to claim your prize or 3 to decline."
