Correct. This number shows up when ppl outside USA call us. My Brother just now called me from UK and this number showed up on my cell.

just got the call, ended up being from my mother in law.... she uses a phone card to call us from british columbia and this is the number that shows.  I would suspect that the calls everyone else are receiving are due to the caller using the same long distance calling card carrier....

I just recieved a phone call at 4p.m from this number.  They left a 1-866, number to call them back at.  They cut out and I only heard bits and pieces of the message.

these calls are coming from overseas, out of the counrty calls, thats all.
