Do not answer as it is a recorded message that this is about your credit card account. Funny neither myself or husband have ANY credit cards & haven't had any in over 2 years!! Scam no doubt. If you answer then they know that the number that has been dialed is a legitimate number & they call twice as often if not more after that! They use a person's name to try to make it look like a real person is trying to reach you if you look it up but it is not a person it is a scammer or a scam run by a company & there is also another number from Toronto that pulls this same crap!

Left me an automated message "if you would like to reduce your credit card rates...yada yada" scam city!

Do not blame the telco, if the number is spoofed and the caller is calling from out of country then the DNC does not apply. The DNC is for businesses residing and operating within Canada only.
