Credit card scam originating from this number

Just got a call from this number a few minutes ago.No message on my answering machine,so I added it to my blocked number list.

Got a call from this number. "hello this is Heather from accounts..." Robocall. Go bother someone else. When will the CRTC crack down on these american robocalls. How about a National Blocked number service.

"This is Heather from accounts, there is no problem with your credit card but we need to speak to you urgently to lower your interest rate."  I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH A BALANCE !!!!!!!

Rug doctor on the other end credit card bull s*** I pressed 1 and got someone and told him to go _uck him self then hung up and blocked the number why bother having a home phone if this is allowed I'm on the (bogus) do not call list, another place to wast government money pardon me our money.

Phoned would not leave a message or name on display.
