SOBs called 17 times in the last three days, sometimes 45 minutes apart. I finally picked up and spoke with a shyster from Capital City Financing or something like that trying to sell me a product that would allow me to own my home instead of renting. I told him to take me off his list or I would report the number to the authorities. He insisted there is no list. I hung up after he basically told me that he would continue to call unless I booked an appointment with them.
