This number calls my cell every day and hangs up. wish there was a way to stop them once and for all

Hi i have had this number (250) 763-4314 phone me and they wont answer or tell me what they want im getting really mad.

They also called my twice, my daughter answered and they left no msg

I've gotten calls from the # (250) 763-4326 and the same thing happens.....they hang up when I answer and on call display it comes up RSL COM CANADA. I called the # back and no one answers!! What is this???

I wish they would stop.  They fill my answering machine with blank messages.  How do you get rid of them?

This number comes up on caller ID as RSL Com Canada, however when searching the phone number, it comes up with: Turgeon Consulting & Recovery. They call on a regular basis and as soon as we answer they hang up.
