I recieved a call too, they said they are from nanaimo. They gave me a very detailed description of what your going to win. They say you are guaranteed to win 2 of 6 prizes they have(vacation las vegas, 2 for 1 caribbean, 100 dollars coupon, Tv, cam corder ets.)if you didnt get the lexus. They will book an appointment for you. On the day of tour appointmeny they will discuss the background of the company...they say they own century 21, travelocity and so on...that they are abig company..they say they are not like timeshare..but they will sell you vacation ownership. You need to purcahse 5,000 to 20,000 dollars worth of vacation ownership with 300dollars monthy payment. They will tell you you would be able to stay in suite or a 5 star hotel or no.1 hotel in the world with kitchen, 3  bedroom, beautiful view, and live like a true millionaire with your penthouse suite for a week for only 250 dollars only if you purcahse 5,000 to 25,000 worth of vaction ownership. So, dont agree with it cuz ithink its b***s***...they'll push you to buy but eventhough you didnt accept the offer you still get gifts such as tv, camcorder of trip to vegas but I think theres only few of those they can give, most people like 90% only get like 100 dollars coupon or caribbean cruise package whick is like buy 1 take one free, still you have to pay half of it. So after the 90 minute talk, just walk away lol and get the free gifts dont buy any of their vacation ownership. gifts are true but they are pushy, rude and annoying.

it is a different number that stands for Aviawest --- I would say several official phone numbers that are different from the discussed one.

My wife got a call from this number and the lady gave us the whole run-down (over the phone) that everyone else has been talking about.  Naturally, when my wife told me about this I was skeptical.  However, I figured we would check it out just for the hell of it.  After all, there was no way I was going to buy anything from them.  I'm a real assh^le when it comes to sales so I was looking forward to wasting their time and chewing them out.

When we went to the presentation, I was actually semi-impressed with everything.  We arrived at a nice office building in Burnaby and they gave us a presentation (one-on-one and not one person talking to a huge crowd).  At first I was like "Whatever!  You can't fool me."  But it is quite logical.  Obviously at the end of the presentation (which honestly was 1.5 hours), they place a good purchasing offer on the table that is only valid for that day.  In a way, it is a timeshare program, but it's a modified  program and a good one too.  The starting offer is about $18,000 but they reduce it by about $4,000 for that night only.

Anyway, long story short, we didn't buy anything but we would certainly think about it in the future.  If you take the time to crunch the numbers, it does make sense for poeple who like to travel.  And as they promised, we were given our prizes after the presentation.  We won a 2 for 1 stay at one of their BC resorts and a DVD player.  Hey, not the ideal way to spend an afternoon, but at least we won a couple gifts!

By the way, I still can't figure out how they get your last names and why the qualifying age is 28 years.

Just got the same call as the rest of you.  I did call them back because It's possible that I did fill out a form somewhere but left a message for Ryan White at the number above. Was to quote # 679968 to win the Lexus. So glad for the internet though cause it sounded to fishy to me. Thanks for your insight everyone! I will ask to be put on their "do not call" list.  Good luck everyone!

Buddy, you must be a horrible salesman!!! Are you that stupid that you let a potential buyer walk out the door without pushing the envelope a little??? What do you live on - food stamps? I wouldn't hire you if you were the last man standing!!! You are a "mental midget" of a salesman!!
