got a phone call sounded like phone tracker also ?

4 days in a row  same number calls and hangs up in a few seconds. i tried calling back but it is just a busy signal. it shows to be a bell landline but bell is of no help.all the calls have come approx the same time of day

got a call from this guy and he called back again going over the same information - must have forgot he already called me.  Quite the scam.

Hang up when you answer phone. Sounds like phone traker to see when you are home.
