Just got this call in Creston BC.   Recorded Credit card scam call - just like "Fed Up to the Hilt" posted today.  I wonder if this is  " Caller Id spoofing" ?

Called me at 906 AM this morning Dec.12 2011. I never answer a number I don't recognize.

Called with recorded message. I took the call. Got a guy who said he was from "Debt Pro", handling unsecured debt. I pointed out I was on the do-not-call list and he hung up abruptly.
Sounded like an American accent.
