I used the link you provided and let them have it. I'm fed up with having had my number on the DNC for a while now, yet getting what seems like even more of these sh*tty calls...I think the DNC list is a dud; put in place but no one to really police it, not in the budget I guess.

Received a call from this number, When I called it back, it said that this number is not in service!?

They called and said "Because you are a valued Bell Canada customer, we are giving you $2500!"

called me. when i call back its long distance and its not in service..

"You are a value customer so we are giving you free $3000 Fido dollars!  To accept it press 1 now."

How do these people get our numbers ?

These guys are skip tracers. Perhaps you guys owe money like myself and this is why they call. They use a trick, offer you money etc but in order to collect you must give them your name, address, contact number such as work etc, and then once they confirm your identity they send you the collection notice. Simple as that. I suspect the culprits are calling from (604) 484-6900.
