Received a call from this number at 6:00pm on my Rogers cellphone in Vancouver. Reported to the CRTC here:

My call , the person or whatever is from BC,Canada ...I didn't answer it cuz i didn't know who it was, i don't answer unknown calls.

"You are a value customer so we are giving you free $3000 Fido dollars!  To accept it press 1 now."

How do these people get our numbers ?

I used the link you provided and let them have it. I'm fed up with having had my number on the DNC for a while now, yet getting what seems like even more of these sh*tty calls...

I think the DNC list is a dud; put in place but no one to really police it, not in the budget I guess.
