If the victim hires a lawyer to defend, the organized crime will contact the defence lawyer that a part of the lawyer's legal fee will belong to the organized crime. If the victim's defence lawyer win the case, the victim will pay a tremendous amount of legal fee to the defending lawyer. Sometimes, the legal fee exceeds the claim value. If the Victim does not hire a lawyer, the victim will lose a tremendous fund to pay the debts not owed by the victim that registered on the land title.
