989 is a Northern Michigan Area Code (very small area) So maybe the two events are not related. Unless it is the cell number from one of the phone's that you use and trash. I wonder what they are getting out it???

AT FIRST WAS RECIEVING CALLS FROM  989-455-6755 AND THEN I BLOKED THE NUM FROM MY CELL PHN AND THEN I RECIEVED A CALL FROM (236) 376-7767  AND BOTH NUM SAY INCORRECT WHEN I CALL THEM BACK  WHAT THE F CK

(236) 589-7451 Also a Scammer.. Has a photo of my Belongings with another persons information. When I wrote the website to tell them, the person is a scammer. The Website comes back as UN-nonaddress. .My guess is these phone numbers are used for other things with you call them back. Then theystart to call NON stop.. (OH.. when I looked it up, it says Africa) but with the same VA message on line.

They called and left a message on my answering machine.  They said "Hello, hello, helloooo" in a very obnoxious voice.

This nit wit called me at 9:40 pm about an auto loan. I don't need any auto loan. How do you stop these scams??
