No one is there when I answer Who is this??  When I called back it tells me no routes found

these "individuals" call from several different numbers for several different states. The say you owe a payday loan and they will have you arrested unless you pay. There is nothing they can do to you as they are scam artists calling from india. They use names just a jack dawson and many other english sounding names. There is no way to take your number off of their list as they are an illegal company. I had to change my phone number and bank account as they had both of those. They also have ?my full ssn number and phone numbers to all of my relatives. They used to scare me,but ,now when they call me at work I screw with them and tell them to come arrest me. Don't believe anything they tell you.They just want you to moneygram money to them on a debt you don't owe.

they keep calling and when i call back it is nothing. ring and then silence. so weird. i searchd area code and said from unknown region in virginia.

I get numerous calls from this number everyday.  I reject them, but it's becoming an issue.  Who is this and why do they want?
