Man! I'm so glad you posted this. I got a call from this number but was out for a smoke and when I tried to call it back out of curiosity it said it was not in service. It was driving me insane, I hate missing calls!Good thing it was just sh*tty telemarketers.

223 Area Code Calls --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Queries have been posted about the source of calls with area code 223. Don't necessarily assume this is a US area code. International country code 223 is Mali. This is a neighbor of N****, which is singularly well renowned for Mail fraud, Internet fraud, and telephone scams. N**** is country code 224, and Mali is 223. Unless you know someone ther, you could expect that any calls coming from either of these "Area" codes would be an attempt to rip you off.

This number shows up as a missed call and when I call the number it's "not in service", must be computer generated?

Just got the Canadian Tire call.. 3000 travel dollars.. i just hung up..
also on the DNC list.. this was my cell they called.
