Reported it to my credit card company!  It is a scam!!  DO NOT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION!!!
 

just got the call

They just  called.  said they wanted to give me a lower interest rate on my visa,& need the info off it.

I TOO just got a call from this number. There was dead air. I did a google.ca search on the # and got this thread. Thank God for Google.ca... thank you everyone.

this # just called me and i called it back got the busy signal after trying for like 5 mins. here is the website of those people that are calling you. http://consumercreditadvocate.net/company/contact/index.html
the number is listed right on the page but is not working. can u say SCAM dont EVER give these people any info E V E R !
