keeps phoning buts leaves no message 7 days a week

I m receiving calls from this number at ll hours of the ay and night and when I don't answer, they hang up and call baack teo or three times. They are very persistent. Is there a wy to block the calls or is there somewhere where I can report this and have omething done about it?

Calls several times a day. Relentless...I’ll never pick up their call...what will it take to make them move on??

Calls everyday, yet never leaves a message on voicemail. Feels even shadier after reading what other have said about this Winnipeg, Manitoba number. Thanks.

I received this call today a few hours ago I dont bother with any numbers now that I don't recognize so it went straight to my message which they didn't leave a message so I guess its not important. I have been reading some comments here saying its a surveying company so I will tag this as survey. I also blocked there number so I hope they stop. 1 call from these retarded clown a**es is already to many so I blocked them.

These people started calling me today - and have called about every 20 minutes for the last about... 3 hours... it is so bizarre.  WHen I pick it up or my voice mail picks it up, nothing but silence, no matter how long Ive waited, too.... strange.

I answered and they were from Home Testing Institute doing a survey (no solicitation).  I know my wife fills out their surveys all the time.  They said that she can call back at 1-+1 877-990-3599 to get her number off of their list.  I'll let her decide.

Some smart a** just called from this number, saying he's doing some kind of public survey.  (They've been continuously calling and I only answered to tell them to take my number off their list).  Call went like this:

"Sir - I'm calling from blah-blah-blah whatever it was called to do some poxy survey - we are not calling to sell you anything.  Can you tell me how many males are residing at this address"?  - CALLER

"I'm not interested in doing this.  Can you take my number off your list please?" - ME

"Can you tell me how many males are residing at this address?" - CALLER

"Sorry - you're not listening to me.  I just told you I want you to take my number off your list and I'm not interested in doing this". - ME

"Can you tell me how many males are residing at this address?" - CALLER

"Eh, are you retarded?  I've just told you I'm not interested"... ME

"No - I'm not retarded". - CALLER.

"Well f*** off then and stop calling me". - ME

"Thank you for your time -  M'AM" - CALLER

(I'm male by the way!).  

CALLER hangs up...

Had a couple of calls recently from Manitoba (204) 975-3301. Am fed-up with tele-marketers - have changed my number to an unpublished one, and also there is a block caller service that my phone company offer. By dialling 78 after the call, that caller is blocked from your phone.
"Do not call" service is useless. Have reported numbers - nothing done about them.

Got a call last night.  Didn't know the #.  Said it was from Manitoba.  This was the first time.  And hopefully the last.
