This caller is the company Ipsos Reid (also dba Ipsos Direct) [Website: ispos-asi.com]. Jean-Marc Lech and Didier Truchot are the Co-Presidents of Ipsos. The company has many mailing addresses world-wide; but the main one in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada appears to be: 185 Carlton Street, 4th Floor, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3J1 [Tel: (+1) (204) 949-3100; Fax: (+1) (204) 956-1152]. It is the address at which I shall be sending them a bill for US$250.00 (for the first hour or part thereof) for unsolicited business interruption!
