If you go to the home page there is an option to to send them a message.  They ask for your email and full name but it will allow you to send a message even if the information you enter isn't 100% accurate.  Use your imagination

(204) 949-3108 called twice yesterday. They came up on my caller ID as POTS Phone MB, but it’s associated with Bank of America and what they call ‘their insurance partners’. I've recently asked BOA to take me off their calling list and their insurance partner calling lists since I've had a bunch of calls recently (see below for some of the numbers).

There's a BOA privacy website you can access to opt out of these telemarketing calls: www.bankofamerica.com/privacy/ Under the Set Your Privacy Preferences heading, click on Set Your Preferences and follow their directions.

You can also CALL their privacy line at 1-+1 888-341-5000, which is what I did. There's a 2-step process to stop these calls. 1-They'll opt your phone number out of any BOA marketing. 2-Then they'll connect you with their insurance products number: you enter your phone number and it automatically opts you out of their insurance partner marketing. They assured me that there were no other partner marketing numbers to opt out of, so these two should do it.

FYI:BOA explained the reason why no one is on the line with so many of these telemarketing calls: it's an automatic dialer. If a sales rep happens to have an open line when your number is called, they're connected with you. If there's no available rep at that time, you get the click and the hang-up experience, and your number is recycled in their system to dial again later.

The BOA or their insurance partner numbers that have harrassed me in the last 2 months are:  +1 800-260-4306, +1 800-814-6326, 714-551-5579, +1 888-665-9900, 405-285-0754, 405-285-0551, 402-982-0584 and 805/309-5551. Some come up as Farmers Insurance on Caller ID, some come up as Insurance Services, 800 Services, Call Center, ... they're all connected.

They have an office in Washington state.  Unless I miss my guess, conducting business and having a presence IN the U.S. means they may not be immune from obeying numbers in the national do not call registry, regardless of where the call originated.

Report them using the Washington office as the company who committed the infringement, this should give the feds a little more leverage from which to prosecute:

Called three times on a Sunday - no message!  How do we stop them?

This company sent me a free magazine (Better Homes and Garden) and wanted feedback about 10 minutes worth of reading it.  No big deal.
