I continue to get calls from these people.  They use area code 204 and prefix 918 then a random number for the last four digits.  This number that appears is not the number they are calling from.  But a random generated number in the customer name field like my mane when I call someone and it shows on their call display.  They use the prefixes of your phone because you would thing it is someone you may now close by.   A dirty trick.   Then they sell the numbers as a "live line" so they can bug the hell out of you and Waite your airtime
