got a call from this number wanting to talk about the interest rate on my credit card.....only the jamaican sounding guy didn't know if I had a visa or a mastercard

Just received a call from this number offering to lower my Visa intrest rate. The guy wanted to "Verify" some info..I hung up and reported him to Visa..They are investigating..

phone rings, I pick up, I say, hello ? no one answers, I hang up and dial the number back and get a busy signal always

Called telling me that they were from Visa, and wanted to update my profile. I got suspicious when they asked for the visa customer service number on the back of the card. (I think Visa would know that already)

Got a call from this number just now...no message left and tried calling back and it was a busy signal....So annoying
